Dr Trevor Lee
Time For Change Co-Founder
Dr Trevor Lee is an Educational Consultant and former Principal at Merchant Taylors’ Prep in north-west London, a school that is recognised as outstanding in all aspects by the Schools’ Inspectorate in the United Kingdom (2017). In 2018, Trevor successfully co-ordinated and presented two proposals, each worth £30 million in building grants alone, to the Department for Education in the UK, for the creation of two new academies in north London.
Dr Lee teaches internationally on strategy, leadership, collaborative learning and student well being, with his work being published extensively in Europe, North America and Australia.

Educated at Mountfields Primary School & Loughborough Grammar School, Richard, graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc (hons) in Physical Education & Sports Science with Education. For the first 16 years of his teaching experience he taught in both State & Independent senior schools. In 1997 he took the first of his three IAPS Boarding & Day Prep Schools, headships. He retired from Foremarke Hall, Repton Prep School in the Summer of 2018. He established his thriving business R P Merriman British & International Education Ltd that summer. He has been an ISI Inspector, Governor (UK & International) & a member of several leading educational committees & bodies. He lives in South Derbyshire & remains a well-known cricketer.
Time For Change Co-Founder
Educated in Suffolk at Gorleston Road Primary School and Lowestoft Grammar School (Denes High School), Roger progressed to St Paul’s College in Cheltenham where he graduated with a BEd (Hons) in Physical Education and Geography. He has always been passionate about teaching and ‘making a difference’ and during his career he has taught in a range of schools – single sex and
co-educational, day and boarding, selective and non-selective, rural and city schools. At just 33 years of age, Roger was appointed to his first of four Headships of IAPS Schools at Wycliffe College Preparatory Schools where he embarked on a programme of school improvement and at all four schools and considerably increased pupil numbers which enabled him to carry out extensive capital development programmes. He retired as Principal of Brooke Priory School in Oakham this summer.
During his time as Headmaster, Roger served on the IAPS Membership, Strategy and Sports Committees as well as being an active Governor at Spratton Hall School and St Catherine’s British School, Athens and he was also a Team Inspector for ISI.
Roger lives in North Leicestershire and remains a loyal Norwich City Fan!
Lisa is a positive psychologist working in education, Government and the corporate world. She holds a Master’s Degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and uses the science of optimal human functioning to boost engagement, well-being and performance.
Dr Oliver Bangham
After joining a once large, well known international company as research scientist, Oliver changed career to become a facilitator: someone who worked with groups to clarify their thinking and processes, who helped groups overcome sticking points in their projects and who brought new ideas
and ways of making sense out of the seas of data and complex issues facing such teams. He operated at all levels, in the UK and internationally and with many cross-functional teams. He was always able to bring different and creative viewpoints to situations, and help different functional groups
understand each other’s terminology and business objectives, thereby creating shared and common objectives.
I specialise in interactive technologies. I provide innovative state of the art solutions for many sectors and businesses across the globe, from leisure, retail and hospitality through to corporate business and education. The ultimate goal is to use modern day technology in ways that will have a much more positive impact on our younger generations and overall society by creating exciting and unique experiences that primarily aim to keep users physically active and mentally stimulated.
Marie El-Khazen has an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and is accredited as a Strengthscope practitioner. Marie is passionate about seeing individuals connect with themselves first to facilitate better relationships with others, and excels at bringing tools to develop resilience. Marie joined the MITOS team in July.
Angela Fairs is the CEO of Full Circle Educational Consultancy and specializes in co creating and co facilitating strategic development for independent, international and online schools.
She has been in education for over 20 years and has led schools across the UK National Curriculum, IB PYP, MYP and DP, American Common Core and IPC. She is a Google and Apple Educator and has championed the use of digital technology to address the needs of students in today’s world. Angela has been a Head at schools in Singapore and Hungary and has successfully led her schools through accreditation with COBIS and the IB.
As a certified IB school Head for MYP and DP, she is passionate about developing curriculums that build good skills and attitudes and believes these provide students with the keys to success.
Angela Fairs, CEO Full Circle Educational Consultancy
With over 20 years’ experience, in education and educational leadership, Penny Ford has a wealth of experience covering both the independent and state sector. Penny is the Headteacher of Burton Hathow Preparatory School which she founded in 2012 and an Executive Committee Member of the Independent Schools Association. Penny is passionate in empowering children and people to have their voices heard and be confident and resilient in an ever-changing world. She enjoys coaching children and adults to become the very best versions of themselves and have the confidence to achieve their dreams!
Helen has a wealth of experience in teaching. Initially working in the primary sector, she co-founded a preschool in 2005, where she developed a keen interest in early intervention and the positive effect this has on a child’s development and progress.
Helen is now an Early Years author, and has written two books, Developing Empathy in the Early Years: a guide for practitioners (Winner of the Nursery World Awards 2018 for Professional Book Category) and Building a Resilient Early Years Workforce, published by Early Years Alliance in June 2019. Helen also writes articles for Early Years magazines and forums.
Helen is a co-founder of Arc Pathway, a sensitive profiling system for early years which assesses and supports all young children aged 12 to 60 months. For more information, go to:
Katie Hill is the Founder and Director of Mindful Magic, a global movement to support the wellbeing of students, parents and teachers through mindfulness and emotional literacy. Mindful Magic has 25 mentors working in schools and communities around the world. Katie is a life-long learner, educator, coach and mum of two living in Cornwall.
Peter Milne is the Founder/Director of Target4Green. He has had over 25 years’ experience as a teacher and educational consultant, working mainly in science, environmental, global citizenship and outdoor education in the UK, Malaysia and the UAE.
Based in the UK now, he works with whole school communities across the world, running workshops, assemblies and staff training, as well as offering remote and in-school consultancy, on climate change and sustainability education as well as global citizenship.
Peter is also the creator, organiser and facilitator of the Beyond COP21 Symposium series.

Jack is passionate about “Shaping Tomorrow’s Education” to nurture the entrepreneurs of the future.
Oliver is a gifted communicator, podcast host and is trained to coach in Performance & Wellbeing, Stress & Emotional Management, Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy and NLP. Additionally, Olly has developed programmes and tools that are proven to bring about sustainable change. Olly joined the MITOS team in July.
Dr John Taylor
Dr John Taylor is Director of Learning, Teaching and Innovation at Cranleigh School, with responsibility for the development of independent learning.
John works closely with staff, providing professional development opportunities and organising and leading CPD in areas connected to independent learning. He is one of the principal architects of the Extended Project Qualification and other project-based qualifications in the UK, including the School Certificate in Philosophy, developed in partnership with the New College of the Humanities.
Naomi trained with Emotion Coaching UK as a Coach & Mentor and is an ECUK approved Practitioner Trainer. Naomi has also completed training with the Youth Justice Board in Restorative Justice and courses in Grief & Loss, Mental Health & Young People, and extensive Safeguarding.
Passionate about emotional intelligence and language, Naomi founded MITOS in January 2020 to enable collaborations that initiate and support tangible and sustainable change.
